• Zon Vita Spas is a distributor only. Products sold by Zon Vita Spas are not manufactured by Zon Vita Spas. The products may, however be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service and support policy. The customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only against the manufacturer of the products. Zon Vita Spas will assist customer's who may have Manufacturer Warranty issues BUT will not be responsible for any costs associated with the process of returning or replacing warranted parts. Manufacturers determine their warranty liability not Zon Vita Spas. If the failure is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the part will be repaired or replaced according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.Removal, re-installation, and freight charges to and from the company of the failed part shall be the purchaser's responsibility. Zon Vita Spa's will assist to the best of our ability. Zon Vita Spas is not responsible for any damages incurred by the aforementioned products and all liabilities are the responsibilty of the Customer and not Zon Vita Spas. • Return Policy
• Your complete satisfaction is our sincere desire. We ask that you please contact our sales department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number when you wish to make a return. Electronic components, mechanical parts and pumps are not returnable. All pumps and electronic components are tested by the manufacturer to ensure that they are in proper working order prior to shipping. Products authorized for return must be in re-sellable condition and returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Merchandise that was ordered wrong will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge as well as any shipping expenses that was paid for by Zon Vita Spas. Credit will be applied to the account; no cash refunds will be made. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
